Can they be set up indoors?
Yes if the ceiling height is greater than 14-16ft.
Do they have to be set up in the grass?
Preferably but if we know in advance we can do concrete or blacktop.
How old does a monitor/observer have to be?
For a public event the monitor/observer should be at least 18.
How many monitors/observers do you need
Each inflatable requires at least one, some like the obstacle course require a
minimum of two.
What if I reserve an inflatable and the weather goes bad?
Our weather/rain policy is: if you cancel prior to our loading/departure time on
the day of your reservation; your deposit
is good for 12 months from that date
to reserve another mutually agreed upon date.
How will I know what the children can and can't do on the inflatable?
Safety instructions are given to the rentee/observer each and every time an
inflatable is delivered plus safety instructions
will be left with you
after the inflatable is set up and you do a walk around with us.
What if the inflatable deflates while the children are playing:?
We go over the safety rules each time after an inflatable is set up, doing a
walk around showing you how to get the
children out/off in case of deflation. Plus
each enclosed inflatable
comes with a safety hatch.
